Very nice experience. The item I wanted wasn't in stock, so they called me right after placing the order and suggested a similar item that was in store. I wasn't in a hurry so was willing to wait for the original item to become available again but I'm glad I was given an opportunity to choose.Received my order now and happy with how smoothly everything went. I am grateful to MediaGear from the bottom of my heart. I ordered microphones from them. They gave me timely warning that my order would not arrive on time and offered a replacement kit so that my video shoot would not be canceled and when my order arrived I would return the replacement kit to them.
