NiSi Explorer Reverse Graduated Filter GND8 (0.9) \/ 3 Stops<\/strong> is used to even out differences in brightness between the sky and landscape. Reverse GNDs are similar to normal GNDs except that the darkest part is located along the center of the filter. They have a specific use for shooting motifs where the light is most intense near the horizon and gradually diminish towards the sky.<\/p>\n Most commonly, this would include landscapes with no elements protruding above the horizon, such as a seascape towards an open ocean.<\/p>\n The NiSi 100mm Explore filters are compatible with the NiSi 100mm filter system and can be used on lenses with a filter thread from 49 mm to 95 mm.<\/p>\n Note:<\/strong> These filters have undergone a tempering and hardening process to make them much less prone to accidental damage.
