The flat platform or integrated bowl (75mm) allows different heads to be attached directly to the spider. This is a fast and incredibly stable construction. For quick leg alignment, turn the leg lock knob only 1/3 turn. The leg locks can easily be removed for cleaning and maintenance. The SR-series tripods include both rubber feet and stainless spikes to be able to use the stand on all types of substrates.
