Very nice experience. The item I wanted wasn't in stock, so they called me right after placing the order and suggested a similar item that was in store. I wasn't in a hurry so was willing to wait for the original item to become available again but I'm glad I was given an opportunity to choose. Received my order now and happy with how smoothly everything went. Thank you!
