The Fluid 500 flat-base video head includes a sliding plate for extremely easy quick setup and camera attachment, making it compact enough to easily fit in your case. While the fluidic cartridges create smooth pan and tilt (PAN and TILT) movements. A side locking mechanism allows the camera and slide plate to quickly snap into place from the top of the head, instead of having to slide the camera in from the back.
The head features a sturdy 2.4 kg counterweight and can hold up to 5 kg. The 3/8″ Easy Link connector allows you to easily connect accessories, such as connecting an external monitor. The flat base is ideal for connecting various supports.
The video head support is taken care of by the tripod – a 3-section carbon tripod that is compact and lightweight. The clever design features a center column with integrated leveling ball and spirit level. It allows you to level your camera without having to make additional adjustments to each leg of the tripod. For even quicker setup, you’ll appreciate the clever leg angle selectors, providing a preset leg angle.
