The Kupo Junior 4″ Wall Plate allows you to mount a 1 1/8″ (28mm) receiver on a wall, other flat surface or just about anywhere. This plate gives you the option of mounting it by using screws or nails through any of the 8 anchor points pre-drilled into the plate.
