The RM-1BP Remote Commander controller is a small hard-wired controller designed to work with any Sony HDV and DVCAM camcorders that have a LANC port. The RM-1BP Remote Commander unit attaches to the handle of most standard tripods and enables the user to remotely control focus and zoom of the camcorder, as well as offering Start-Stop record and Record/Review control. The RM-1BP Remote Commander unit offers three different zoom speed ranges, for enhanced creativity and precise control.

Very nice experience. The item I wanted wasn't in stock, so they called me right after placing the order and suggested a similar item that was in store. I am grateful to MediaGear from the bottom of my heart. I ordered microphones from them.
