The product I am interested in cannot be found in the product range on the MediaGear website. Can you still provide it?

Very likely yes! Not all of the products we offer are listed on the website, so please contact us and let us know your wishes. We search our databases and make you a good offer!

I don't know what equipment I need, but I know what the end result should be, can you help me?

Are all the products on the website immediately in stock?

Our website does not reflect the exact inventory, but we can say that a large part of the product range is available in our local warehouse. Many products are available from our delivery partners’ warehouses in Europe, the lead time is around a week. If your order is time-critical, please contact us at info@mediagear.ee or by phone at +372 655 0063.

What are the delivery times of the goods?

If the product is available in our warehouse, it will reach you within 2-3 working days. Products in partner warehouses arrive within 1-2 weeks. What payment methods are possible in the online store?

The following payment methods are possible in the Mediagear.ee online store:

Pay now with a bank link
Fastest payment method. The secure payment system is used for payment. Once the payment has been received, we will also send the invoice.

Pay by card (Visa/Mastercard)
The secure payment system Stripe is used for payment.

Payment by invoice
We will send you an invoice, it may take some time. The order will be processed when the payment has been received in our bank account.

Pay later
Pay in multiple parts provided in co-operation with Inbank.

Do you also have a physical store where I can stop by

Our office at Kloostri tee 8, Tallinn, it has a large selection of AV products. We are open on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. We recommend that you call +372 655 0063 in advance of your arrival, because sometimes we may be away from the office.

If I come by car, where can I park?

There is a parking lot in front of our house, inside the green garden. There is room for about 5 cars.

Can I pick up my goods outside of working hours?

Yes, there is a parcel box outside our house, you can pick up the goods from there 24 hours a day. Please inform us of your request in this regard, and we will send you a PIN code that will open the hatch of the parcel box.

Can I pay on the spot?

Card payment is available at our office. You can also pay in cash or by making a bank transfer on the spot.
