Very nice experience. The item I wanted wasn't in stock, so they called me right after placing the order and suggested a similar item that was in store. They gave me timely warning that my order would not arrive on time and offered a replacement kit so that my video shoot would not be canceled and when my order arrived I would return the replacement kit to them.
