Very nice experience. The item I wanted wasn't in stock, so they called me right after placing the order and suggested a similar item that was in store. I wasn't in a hurry so was willing to wait for the original item to become available again but I'm glad I was given an opportunity to choose.Received my order now and happy with how smoothly everything went. They gave me timely warning that my order would not arrive on time and offered a replacement kit so that my video shoot would not be canceled and when my order arrived I would return the replacement kit to them.
