One secure joint for the light and umbrella
The lightweight aluminium Manfrotto 026 connects a lighting stand, light or flash and a photographic umbrella. Its swivelling head sets the working angle, while the large ergonomic lever locks the position securely without the play associated with a ball joint.
Two 16 mm sockets and two reversible studs
Standard 5/8″ (16 mm) sockets are fitted at the top and bottom. Two removable 5/8″ studs are supplied: one with male 1/4″ and 3/8″ threads and one with female 1/4″ and 3/8″ threads. This makes the adapter easy to integrate between a common lighting stand and a light, LED panel or other compatible accessory.
Umbrella holder built into the body
A separate side socket accepts the shaft of a photographic umbrella and its screw secures it in position. At 380 g the adapter fits a mobile lighting kit; together with the Manfrotto 143BKT flash bracket it forms a compact speedlight-and-umbrella setup.
