The Tilta TCB-DTP-521-17 is a P-Tap → DC 5.5/2.1 mm power cable. It plugs into the P-Tap output of a battery plate or a V-Mount/Gold Mount battery and powers accessories with a 5.5/2.1 mm DC barrel input — a monitor, video transmitter or light — from the same battery that runs the camera. Length 39.5 cm; the DC plug is right-angled.
The Tilta TCB-DTP-521-17 replaces the small batteries on your accessories with a single cable. Instead of the monitor or transmitter running on its own pack, it draws power from the P-Tap port of the battery plate — and the rig stays compact, with one battery to swap.
P-Tap on one end, DC 5.5/2.1 mm on the other
The P-Tap (D-Tap) plug goes into the output of a Tilta battery plate or into a V-Mount or Gold Mount battery with a P-Tap port. The other end is a right-angled 5.5/2.1 mm DC plug that fits the barrel socket of monitors, video transmitters, LED lights and other accessories with this input. The cable passes the battery voltage through unchanged, so it suits devices that accept that voltage.
One battery for camera and accessories
The cable is 39.5 cm long — enough to run from the battery plate at the back of the cage to a monitor or transmitter on the top handle without a spare loop. The conductors are copper, the jacket rubber and the connectors aluminium alloy. The right-angled plug keeps the cable close to the device body so it does not stick out where a hand or strap could catch it.

The Tilta TCB cable range links camera, battery and accessories on the rig: power from a V-Mount or Gold Mount plate over P-Tap, 2-pin Lemo, 3-pin Fischer or a DC barrel connector, USB-C PD for monitors and handles, 7-pin control cables for the Nucleus system and HDMI or BNC for the picture. Lengths follow the rig — short on the cage, longer out to arms and batteries; this cable is one of them.
